The plant is equipped with latest equipments and technology all geared towards keeping products safe, hygienic, healthy and natural for our consumer. It is an accredited facility for processing fruits, fruits pulp, and viscous liquids of highest quality juices. Our processing facility has been designed and supplied by World Leaders in Tropical Fruit processing technology. The facility includes an automatic fruit Handling System, Blanching, Destoning Machines for Mango, Lemon, Turbo Pulper and Refiner, Thermo/Hot Break System, Aroma Recovery Plant, Centrifugal Decanter, Enzymation Group, Triple Effect (4 Stage) Forced Circulation Evaporator, and a Turbulent Thin Film Finisher, 4 Stage Scrape Surface Sterilizer, a Twin Head Aseptic Filling Machine and an Automatic Canning Line. The Plant is PLC Controlled and has online Systems to control all product parameters. This State of Art automatic filling line has a capacity of 1000 LPH.
